If you're certain you signed up, you should've received an e-mail receipt detailing both your username and password along with the transaction details.

Just follow these simple steps and you'll be in lickety split.

  1. Make sure you're entering your username and password EXACTLY as you chose them on the signup page.
    (They're both case sensitive.) -- If you signed up via the Netbilling or CCBill, your username is one you chose. If you signed up via ProBilling, your username is your e-mail address.

  2. Try rebooting. It usually fixes these otherwise unexplainable problems.

    Your password should be working. If you try both those steps, here's a rundown of the only other known issues.

Many, many folks are using the site fine. Don't lose heart. Rebooting does the trick more often than you'd think (for all types of computer problems).
